07 Photos and videos

Our application accesses your photos and videos only when you choose to publish a real estate listing. The selected files are uploaded to our servers to be displayed in your listing. No photo is accessed without your explicit action.

08 Location

We use your geographic location to enhance your experience: displaying nearby properties, refining area-based searches, and if you publish a listing, automatically placing your property on the map. This access is optional and can be revoked at any time. Your location data is never sold or shared with third parties.

09 Microphone

Our application uses the microphone only as part of the built-in AI assistant, which allows you to search for properties by voice command. Audio is processed in real time and is not recorded or stored on our servers.
